When a repair is the right call
Most leaks we find on North Jersey homes come from a handful of places: cracked rubber pipe boots, shingles lifted or torn off by wind, step flashing pulling away from a wall or chimney, and worn valleys. A roof with plenty of life left only needs the failed part fixed.
We repair it with materials that match your roof and photograph the before and after. If the shingles around the leak are brittle or the roof has failed in several places, we tell you a repair won’t hold and price both options in writing.
