PVC roofing
in New Jersey

PVC is a white single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams. It reflects sunlight and resists grease and many chemicals, which makes it a strong choice for restaurants, industrial buildings and flat roofs with heavy rooftop equipment. Free written estimate.

Is PVC the right membrane?

PVC and TPO look alike: both are white, reflective, heat-welded single-ply membranes. PVC holds up better where grease, oils or chemicals reach the roof, such as restaurant kitchens and some industrial buildings.

For a typical office or warehouse without those exposures, TPO or EPDM often costs less. We compare the options for your building in the written estimate.

PVC roofing contractor in North Jersey

Imperial Roof Repair & Replacement installs and repairs PVC roofs on commercial and multi-family buildings in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset counties. Every project starts with a roof survey and a written scope.

Signs a PVC roof needs repair

  • Seam welds separating
  • Punctures from foot traffic or tools
  • Brittle or shrinking membrane on older roofs
  • Loose flashing at curbs and walls
  • Grease build-up near exhaust fans
  • Water standing near drains

Restaurants and grease exhaust

Grease from kitchen exhaust breaks down many roofing materials. PVC resists it, but the area around the fan still needs regular cleaning and grease containment so the membrane lasts.
